Caring for others has been something deeply rooted within me. My passion to assist families with newborn babies is what ultimately led me to becoming a Doula. I look forward to the opportunity to educate and help other families enjoy their experience as much as I did. From childbirth education, birth doula support, postpartum support, placenta encapsulation, and more. I also love cooking, live music, photography, and playing the piano. During my own postpartum period, I learned the immense blessing of wise feminine support in my space, so I was able to focus on caring for and loving my baby - and I knew there were women in my community who were not so lucky. Your Charlotte Doulas
From assistance with creating a baby registry to providing you with the much needed rest after the birth of your newborn. Your CLT Doula will care for you, your baby, and your family. We are a growing network of Certified Birth, Postpartum and Fertility doulas and educators with a mission to help expecting mothers have safe, healthy and wonderful birth experiences! We believe that “safe birth” is a basic human right, and that an uncompromising focus on evidence-based, holistic and person-centered care is vital to improving birth outcomes. I’ve been passionate about childbirth for as long as I can remember. As a young girl and later a teenager, I was given the opportunity to attend two of my siblings’ births.
Find out more about how we can help you and your family. During my free time you will find my fiancé and I at a local sporting even or even at home watching the game. I love to cheer on my teams, and would love to be there to help cheer, guide, educate, and advocate for you during your next birth experience.
Rebecca’s passion for helping women reach their health goals developed from her own experiences with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her oldest daughter was born at home after a healthy pregnancy and her twin daughters were born naturally at a maternity center after another healthy pregnancy. She was able to use therapeutic foods as well as get the support she needed to have the pregnancies and births that she always imagined having. There is a lack of support for women who want to reach and maintain their optimal health before, during and after their pregnancy. Her experiences, education and passion to help women during a time that can feel stressful, lonely and full of guessing games can lead to a more calm, fulfilling and satisfying motherhood. My goal is to take care of you, nurture, love you and help empower you to plan and prepare for the birth that YOU want no matter what that looks like.
I believe every family deserves to be seen, heard, and supported, no matter their birth preferences. I've always had a passion for childbirth-- after delivering my first son in 2016, I decided to pursue it as a career. My goal as a doula is to support my client's vision for birth as fully as possible. My approach is holistic-- maternity care goes well beyond the womb and extends towards educational, emotional, physical, and spiritual support.

As the first born in a family of six children – and now having three of my own – “mothering” has always come naturally to me. It is this strong instinct to nurture, meet both physical and emotional needs, and tend to the comfort of those under my care. I believe every birthing woman should be supported in this way. I believe the birth of your child is one of the most significant moments in your life.
